Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility:
– To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
– Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
– Perishable goods.
– Personalized or customized items.
– Items marked as final sale.
– Gift cards.

3. Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 40-649-9994 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
– Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
– Include a copy of your original order invoice inside the package.
– Ship the return item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refund:
– Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
– If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days.
– Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges:
– We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
– In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
– We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. International Returns:
– International returns are subject to the same policy outlined above; however, customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees associated with returning items.

8. Policy Changes:
– We reserve the right to update our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all orders placed after the policy update.
